Notifications: The best way to find out about new jewelry releases and  classes is to sign up for my newsletter and follow me on Facebook or Instagram.  Custom jewelry work is not available at this time. Thank you so much for your support and patience!

Looking for a particular style that you have seen me make?  Did you see something on Instagram, Pinterest  or Facebook (or on a friend) that you liked, but it is not currently in stock?  Please ask.  I do not list all of my available pieces on the website.  I may have exactly what you are looking for in my studio or at one of my partner venues.  I am happy to look through my current stock or give you an idea of the next product drop on the website.  Contact me to see!

Lost Earring Replacement:  Lost earrings are such a disappointment, aren't they?  I can often (not always, due to the nature of one-of-a-kind stones & components) create a match for your remaining earring.  The charge is 1/2 the cost of the earring pair.  Contact me to make arrangements.  

 

I can also offer you the option to turn your single earring into a pendant or charm.  Cost varies by job, but will be in the $15 range, usually.  Contact me to discuss the possibility and to make arrangements.   

Payment: Payment is via Paypal or credit card via my Square account (These are the choices at checkout).  Buyer is responsible for any postage and/or refund fees. In the event of a refund, Paypal does charge a refund fee, for which the buyer is responsible.  (Refunds for excess postage excluded from this and are fully refunded.)  

I do my best to describe each piece of jewelry in detail. Ring and bracelet sizes, and necklace lengths are described to the best of my ability. Pictures will be included to show sizes.  Before buying, please read descriptions carefully, especially sizes and measurements. Pieces may not be returned due to wrong size, length or buyer's remorse. Please read through my policies before purchase.  That having been said, I want you to love your new piece, and will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.  

Shipping: Shipping costs change frequently and are variable, depending on location. Packages will ship first class, USPS, with minimal insurance. This means there will be a tracking number but customers are responsible for tracking their packages, if necessary. I'll do my best to help with lost or delayed packages but I have no control over what happens once they leave my hands. I am not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. Buyer is responsible to track packages, and file a claim for lost packages, if necessary. Pieces are packed 1-2 days after purchase, then shipped. Shipping should take between 3-5 days, within the USA, and will take considerably longer during holidays. Multiple items will be packed and shipped together, when possible and combined shipping overages will be refunded, where applicable. Please contact me directly prior to purchasing a piece to be shipped outside of the USA - a sale to be shipped outside that has not done prior contact, may be cancelled & fully refunded.  

Returns: I want to ensure that you love your new pieces and will work with you to ensure that you are are happy with your purchase. Please note: pieces may not be returned due to wrong size, length or buyer's remorse. To avoid returns, please read descriptions carefully. Most issues can be resolved before purchase, by reading the descriptions carefully. In the case of a refund (except a refund for combined shipping costs), Paypal does charge a fee for refunds, for which the customer will be responsible.  Contact me with any questions!!

Classes:  Fees for classes are refundable, if notification is given 1 week (7 calendar days) prior to the start of class.   Refunds cannot be given for classes that are missed or less than one week notice is given.  Fees will be fully refunded if teacher or venue must cancel class.
